SBIR/STTR SUPPORT SERVICES

OK Catalyst proudly serves as the lead organization for the SBA's Federal & State Technology (FAST) partnership and the OCAST Small Business Research Assistance (SBRA) programs, Oklahoma’s premier initiatives to increase participation and success in federal SBIR/STTR funding. Through these programs, we offer a comprehensive suite of tailored SBIR/STTR services including solicitation matching and proposal development, designed to meet small businesses where they are and guide them through the federal funding process with expert support. We provide year-round, on-demand assistance that adapts to the specific needs and readiness levels of each client.

Support may range from a single pre-submission review to multi-month proposal development engagements, depending on the complexity of the opportunity and the client's experience level. This hands-on, customizable model ensures that innovators receive exactly the support they need, whether they're first-time applicants or scaling toward Phase II and beyond. These services are open to Oklahoma-based small businesses and research teams seeking SBIR/STTR funding.
