DO I HAVE TO REGISTER IN ADVANCE?

Yes! You have to have a ticket to attend the conference.

WHAT ARE MATCHMAKING SESSIONS?

Matchmaking Sessions are one-hour sessions that will take place during each breakout session that allow you to meet one-on-one with representatives from businesses and organizations that you want to connect with. YOU MUST REGISTER BEFORE SEPTEMBER 5TH TO BE ELIGIBLE.

HOW DO I ATTEND A MATCHMAKING SESION?

Register early and select ‘YES’ on the matchmaking question in your Eventbrite order form. You will receive a survey one week before the conference to select which representatives you would like to meet with.

The conference is at the Embassy Suites Downtown Medical Park location

WHAT IS THE NETWORKING RECEPTION?

The networking reception is a casual event the night before the conference, September 13, from 6:00-8:00 PM. This is an opportunity for presenters and attendees to meet before the full conference. Drinks and hors d’oeuvres provided.
