What You Need To Know
The next round of DoD Topics will be released on Wed, Apr 17 and you can find them on the Defense SBIR/STTR Innovation Portal.
We expect ~150 topics (problems that need solutions) in a wide range of technology areas:
ELIGIBILITY: To be selected for the DoD Topics Lab, a) you must find a topic that is a good fit for a product you have developed that can be transformed to solve a DoD problem, OR b) you have the necessary expertise & experience in a particular research area to be able to build a solution. With either option, you must understand the specific defense need, have a team in place to conduct the work, and a commercialization plan for the product outside of the DoD.
Once we've reviewed your application and approved the topic, we will invite you to our 8-week virtual Lab to help you win up to $275,000 in non-dilutive funding, advance your R&D, and provide a vital solution to the warfighter!
