Summer 2019

The OK Catalyst Researchers program provides training, mentorship, and a small stipend to graduate students and post-doctoral researchers that are interested in learning more about business and entrepreneurship. Graduate students and post-doctoral researchers working at an Oklahoma university are eligible to apply, and those conducting research in a STEM field are especially encouraged to apply.

In this 10-week program, you will learn the principles of entrepreneurship and receive mentorship as you explore the possibility of launching your own business. You will learn about crucial concepts in entrepreneurship, such as intellectual property issues,  funding opportunities, identifying your target market, and others. Oklahoma experts with relevant and significant experience in these matters will be featured as weekly speakers and will be speaking via web conference to enable participation across the State of Oklahoma. Participants in this program may be eligible for other funding opportunities to support their business.
