The SBIR Road Tour is a national outreach effort that connects researchers, entrepreneurs, and small tech companies to federal and state Program Managers in the SBIR/STTR program: a $3 billion early-stage funding opportunity focused on stimulating technological innovation and commercialization. The Oklahoma City SBIR Road Tour is organized by the Small Business Administration in partnership with the Oklahoma Catalyst Programs, an office of the University of Oklahoma Tom Love Innovation Hub.

If you are interested in meeting one-on-one with agency representatives about your company or technology research, our partners will contact you after you have completed registration with the opportunity to sign up for meetings. After registration, you will be contacted by our partners to sign up for one-on-one meetings with agency representatives. You may be asked to provide a Quad Chart, please find a template below.

Every year, the Department of Defense, National Institutes of Health, NASA, Department of Energy, National Science Foundation, and other agencies fund small technology-based businesses with over $3B through the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs. The SBIR and STTR programs provide non-dilutive funding to support research, development, and commercialization of new technologies. SBIR and STTR funding is not a loan and never needs to be repaid.
